It is natural to try to understand the world we live in and the things that happen. But it is hubris to believe that we can possibly understand all of it. Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. We need to be reminded that humans are fallible and finite in their capacity to understand. God is the ultimate creator of heaven and earth and is not constrained by the laws of time, character of space, or anything else.
At the center of any relationship is trust. Our relationship with the Lord is no different, we must trust Him as a child trusts their father to care, protect, and love them. The things of this world change all the time but our God remains the same….He is the one constant in the storms that ravage earth.
God anchors us….
in our hearts….
in our minds….
In our homes….
